Karcher Center JHS Returns Policy & UK Distance Selling Regulations

At Karcher Center JHS, we aim to make returning products as simple and fair as possible, in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK Distance Selling Regulations).

When You Can Return a Product

You may return a product for any of the following reasons within 30 days of delivery:

• You have made a purchase as a consumer.
• You are not purchasing as a business or intend to use the product for business use or reward.
• You no longer require the product.
• You ordered the wrong product.
• You have changed your mind about keeping the product.
• The product is not suitable for the intended task.

How Returns Work

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are allowed to:

• Open and inspect the items as you would in a physical shop.
• Examine the product to ensure it meets your requirements.

To obtain a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Products must be returned in “as new” condition.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included.
• Products must not be used, assembled in a way that prevents disassembly, or damaged during inspection.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Karcher Center JHS reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for items that are clearly used or damaged, or where a purchase has been made as a business (whether a sole trader, partnership, Legal Liability Partnership, Private Ltd Company or other trading styles) as this will invalidate your right to return under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Returning Your Product

• You are responsible for arranging return delivery at your own cost.
• When returning items, please use the return slip included with your order. Ensure it is completed correctly and included in the package with the items you are returning.
• If you have misplaced or disposed of the original return slip, you can request a replacement by filling out the form below.
• You are responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so please ensure your chosen courier provides adequate insurance.
• Karcher Center JHS is not liable for any loss or consequential loss during the return process.
