Delivery Information

Goods ordered from Kärcher Center JHS are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Where payment has been made by PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card, we reserve the right to decline any order if it is not delivered to the account holders PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card billing or statement address for reasons of fraud prevention and card or account security.

Delivery Information

All orders placed through the Karcher Center JHS website maybe subject to delivery charges. These delivery charges can be estimated during the "VIEW CART" area of the Karcher Center JHS website, but are clearly displayed during the "CHECKOUT" process, where they can be changed if required before confirming your order. If you need to change your delivery AFTER you have confirmed the order, and providing your order has not already been booked for the delivery option you have chosen, you can call us on 01502 563846 and have your delivery method amended for you. If this incurs an extra cost a member of our staff will ask you for your credit or debit card details (sorry we cannot accept PayPal for this type of amendment) to cover this additional cost only. From time to time, certain products may be eligible for a "FREE DELIVERY" option. If your order is eligible for a "FREE DELIVERY option, this will be offered to you as one of your delivery options during the "VIEW CART" or "CHECKOUT" process.

We may, occasionally, choose to send your items in more than one delivery. In such cases, you may receive invoices with the items that are delivered but you will only be charged for the total order and delivery once.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from outside the mainland of the United Kingdom.

Our Delivery Options And What they mean

Our working Days are Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, so any reference to working days is in respect of this working period. Therefore, Weekends or Bank Holidays are NOT INCLUDED in any delivery estimate. All of our delivery services we offer are NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE, so delivery estimates are exactly as they suggest - they are an estimate of the delivery time, so should be used as an indication of when to expect your order, not a guarantee of when you will receive your goods. The choice of delivery is entirely at the customers discretion and no compensation is either implied or offered in the event that the delivery is was not made within the delivery estimated window that was displayed at the time of ordering.

  • Free Delivery
    Our Free Delivery offer may apply to certain products from time to time. Typically when delivery is offered free, delivery is normally completed within 7-10 working days.

  • Economy Delivery Service

    Our Economy Delivery Service is for light-weight items. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail. If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Typically deliveries of orders by this method are normally completed in 5-7 working days.

  • Standard Delivery Service

    Our Standard Delivery Service is for items of any weight. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL or a member of The Pallet Network (TPN). If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Deliveries by The Pallet Network will unfortunately be charged for every missed delivery. If you have ordered using this service, then please ensure that you will be available to receive your order to avoid additional re-delivery charges. Typically deliveries of orders by this method are normally completed in 2-3 working days.

  • Express Delivery Service
    Our Express Delivery Service is for items of any weight. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL or a member of The Pallet Network (TPN). If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Deliveries by The Pallet Network will unfortunately be charged for every missed delivery. If you have ordered using this service, then please ensure that you will be available to receive your order to avoid additional re-delivery charges. If you use this delivery method, then orders are typically completed in 1-2 working days.

Stock Level and Pre-Ordering

Whilst our website displays the quantities of stock (or AVAILABLE TO ORDER, if out of stock) of individual items, this should be treated as an indication only as the stock levels on the website do not take into account walk-in trade, telephone orders or similar. If you place an order for a product that is currently out of stock on the website, you are still able to order this item however you will be pre-ordering this product for when it comes into stock. You should also see that the product that is out of stock will actually be indicated in your shopping cart or checkout with a ** Pre-Order ** message next to the product in question.

When marked with ** Pre-Order ** a product has insufficient stock to be able to fulfil your order as initially requested by you. Should you decide to proceed with the order we will order the requested product(s) for you directly from Karcher UK Central stock as soon as possible. We will then work to despatch the goods using the delivery method you have chosen when placing your order.

If you see an "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button instead of an "ADD TO CART" button on a product page, this indicates that there is currently an issue with this product or there is a delay on the delivery to us. If you click on the "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button and fill-in the short form and submit it, the Karcher Center JHS website will automatically notify you by email when the product you are interested in is available to order again. 

For orders of more than one item, the delivery time for complete deliveries is dependant on the products with the longest lead time, so orders may sometimes be delayed due to items being on ** Pre Order ** or due to issues beyond our control. Wherever possible we will contact you and let you know that your order is delayed.
