Whether you have a faulty pressure washer, steam cleaner or scrubber drier, our engineers’ vehicles are stocked with genuine manufacturer replacement parts. Even if we don’t have the necessary part to hand, our trusted suppliers allow us to order and receive it rapidly allowing us to get you up and running again with minimal disruption to your business.

We don’t use non-genuine or aftermarket replacement parts as there is simply no guarantee of their performance and reliability. When health and safety is at risk, it’s just not worth compromising on quality.

In some cases, our engineers may need to remove your cleaning equipment for off-site repair in our fully equipped workshop facilities.

If this is the case, we can provide courtesy equipment as a temporary solution. This will enable you to continue to keep your premises clean and safe whilst your machinery is being restored to full working order. A small nominal charge may apply to any courtesy machine where the customer is not on a service plan.

Kärcher Center JHS offers Kärcher Home & Garden customers a full Kärcher backed warranty repair service on all Kärcher Home & Garden Range, covering material and manufacturing defects.

Karcher Center JHS can provide this valuable service even if you purchased your Kärcher Home & Garden Range machine from another vendor. If seeking to make a claim under your products warranty, and you didn't purchase it from Kärcher Center JHS, a valid proof of purchase must be provided. If your original receipt is not available, we can also accept a copy of a bank statement showing the transaction with the retailer you purchased it from (this excludes Ebay & Amazon Marketplace Sellers), if you paid by credit or debit card. If however, you purchased it from Kärcher Center JHS don't worry we will use your details from your original purchase, so we will provide the proof of purchase for you.

All repairs to Kärcher products within warranty are free of charge (subject to conditions of sale) except in the case of; misuse and abuse or frost damage, a collection and return charge may apply for those customers who are unable to bring their machine to us themselves.

However, normally with Professional range machines the warranty is with the vendor who originally sold you the machine, so in the first instance you should contact them to see how they can help you as it is their responsibility to look after you and your machine.

If for whatever reason this is not possible, we can help, but it is always advisable to seek the original vendors assistance first.

Kärcher Center JHS offers Kärcher Home & Garden customers a full Kärcher repair service on all Kärcher Home & Garden Range machines even if they are out of their warranty period.

Don't worry if you are too far away to visit us in person, as we can arrange to have your machine collected from you and delivered to us for repair using our delivery partner DHL. This allows us to provide truly nationwide coverage for all Kärcher Home & Garden machine owners.

The only requirement for this service is that your machine must be boxed. It is also worth noting that you should ensure that you use adequate packaging within the box such as bubble wrap, scrunched up newspaper etc to offer additional protection around the machine because although our carriers are very good, accidents do happen and although we are arranging the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging is adequate and sealed correctly. We are arranging this as a service on behalf of our valued customers and will not accept any liability for damage in transit caused by inadequate or poor packaging.

Using our delivery partner DHL, we can collect Kärcher Home & Garden range machines from any where in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Shetland Isles, as well as the crown dependencies of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
