Compatibility Notice: the Karcher H10Q PremiumFlex Anti-Twist Quick Connect Hose – 10 m is incompatible with Karcher pressure washers with an integrated high-pressure hose reel. The swivel at the machine connection is too bulky and cannot connect to the hose reel.
