If you wish to return a product that arrives faulty, arrived damaged, or has become faulty within 30 days of purchase or we have sent you the wrong product in error then we are very sorry about this inconvenience and will do our very best to help you as quickly as we possibly can.
If you would like to return the products for either a replacement or a refund you can simply use the Return Slip that you should have received in the packaging for your order to return the item(s). You can use this Return Slip to send back all or part of the order you have placed with us. Simply indicate which item(s) on the Return Slip you are returning by filling out the quantity you are returning and tick the reason box below it, then indicate whether you require a refund or a replacement for the item(s) being returned. You can then sign and date the Return Slip.
Place the completed Return Slip in the package you are returning to us. This will enable us to correctly identify that the return was sent back by you, and speed up the return and refund process. Unless specified to the contrary, all items sold on the Karcher Center JHS are supplied with a Return To Base Warranty, which means that you are responsible for returning your items using a delivery service of your choice at your cost. If you would prefer that we arrange a return for you instead, we are able to do this, however you will be charged for this service and this can be more expensive than using your own method instead. If the items(s) sent to you were not what you ordered and we have sent something incorrectly, or you paid for a collect & return warranty at the time of ordering, however, this return service will instead be offered to you free of charge. Once the goods have been returned, and we have had the opportunity to check and evaluate the damage or fault, we will, of course, either send out a replacement to you completely free of charge, or refund you in full at your discretion, as indicated on your Return Slip. We do, however, reserve the right to deduct fair wear and tear from any refunds if applicable.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT USING A RETURN SLIP as this will delay and possibly negate any refund that is due. If you have lost, mislaid or have not received a Return Slip, you can request a copy using the form below or if you prefer, you can also use it to request that we contact you to discuss your return or order error. If you have requested a return slip, then this will be sent to you via the email address you used to originally place the order.
