At the heart of the BR 35/12 C Bp is Kärcher's innovative KART (Kärcher Advanced Response Technology) steering system. Unlike conventional scrubber dryers with fixed brush heads, the entire cleaning head pivots in response to the operator's steering inputs, providing precise control and making the machine incredibly easy to manoeuvre around furniture, fixtures, shelving and other obstacles.

The KART system allows the brush head to pivot by up to 200° in either direction relative to the machine chassis. This unique design enables operators to clean fully into confined spaces before pivoting the brush head behind the machine. As the operator walks backwards, the machine recovers the remaining detergent solution and dirty water, leaving floors clean, dry and safe without the need to reposition the machine.
