An EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+ is our most comprehensive repair option for all models of Karcher EWM2 Electric Wipe Mops and it's predecessor, the Karcher FC3 Cordless Floor cleaner, as it is fully inclusive of all parts and labour charges up to the amount charged for the EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+. With this repair option, our Karcher trained engineers will perform all function tests and run full diagnostic analyses to establish the fault that your machine is exhibiting.
After performing these extensive test and analyses to establish the fault, our Karcher trained engineer will proceed with the repair up to the the amount charged for the EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+. The engineer will also replace any part that, on inspection, is in the process of, or likely to fail such as a high pressure hose that has worn through to the braiding for example. They will also undertake a complimentary service clean and full electrical test prior to your machine being returned to you. The return back to you via DHL is included in the cost of the EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+. A full engineers report will be provided in the box when it is returned and a copy of this will also be emailed to you for your convenience.
If, on testing, it is found that proceeding with the repair is not economically viable or cannot be repaired within the cost of An EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+, don't worry, our Karcher trained engineer will contact you to discuss the options available to you for replacing your machine.
Our EWM2/FC3 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+ has a major benefit to our customers - you will never be out of pocket! Simply put, your machine will be either returned to you cleaned, repaired, fully serviced and electrically safety tested or in the event of an uneconomical repair, you can simply use the cost of the EWM2 Cordless Fixed Cost Repair+ (less the cost of the collection if arranged by ourselves) towards the cost of replacing your machine.
