Inspection & estimate | DOMESTIC-INSPECTION

A Diagnostics With Repair Estimate represents our basic repair option. With this repair service option, our Karcher trained engineers will perform function tests and run full diagnostic analyses to establish the fault that your machine is exhibiting for this initial fee.

After performing these extensive test and analyses to establish the fault, our Karcher trained engineer will contact you with an estimate for the cost of the repair. This estimate will include all the parts, the labour charges and the actual return back to you by our chosen courier partner, DHL.

Once the repair is complete, your machine will be given a complimentary service-clean and full electrical safety test. Only once this has all been completed will our Karcher trained engineer contact you to arrange payment for the repair undertaken and to arrange a suitable day to return your machine back to you.

A full repair report will be compiled by the engineer who completed the repair and included in the box when it is returned to you. A copy of this will also be emailed to you for your convenience.
