Used B Grade products show signs of moderate wear including scuffs, scratches or marks on outer casings however there are no functional flaws whatsoever. An example of a Used B Grade machine would be an ex-hire unit or a customer trade-in. Generally the machines have been "well-loved" but are in a relatively good condition.

These HD 5/12's are ones returned by a customer we have a contract with where all machines get replaced every 3-5 years. All the machines have been maintained by us getting 2 services a year so we have a full service history on each machine. We have ensured that all machines are ready for sale and in an excellent saleable condition.
