Our range of Professional Servo Controllers for M22 guns allows the operator to adjust the working pressure and water flow of compatible Kärcher Professional pressure washers directly at the trigger gun. Designed for earlier and established Kärcher Professional systems using conventional M22 connections, these controllers provide convenient adjustment while cleaning without requiring the operator to return to the pressure washer.
A Kärcher Servo Pressure Controller, also commonly referred to as ServoPress or Servo Control, is positioned between the compatible pressure washer trigger gun and spray lance. Turning the controller towards the plus or minus setting changes the restriction within the high-pressure water path, allowing the operator to increase or reduce water flow and working pressure to suit the cleaning task.
Servo Control for M22 Pressure Washer Systems
M22 pressure washer connections are conventional threaded connections used across many established Kärcher Professional pressure washer systems. M22 Servo Controllers are intended for compatible trigger guns and equipment using this connection system and provide a practical means of controlling cleaning output at the operator's hand.
Being able to reduce pressure and water flow at the gun is particularly useful when moving between demanding cleaning tasks and surfaces or equipment requiring a gentler cleaning action. The operator can then increase the output again when greater cleaning performance is required.
Choosing the Correct M22 Servo Controller
Servo Controllers are available in different versions to suit the hydraulic characteristics and water-flow requirements of compatible Kärcher Professional pressure washers. Machine compatibility should always be confirmed before selecting an M22 Servo Controller. The presence of an M22 connection or a particular water-flow rating alone does not establish compatibility with a specific Servo Controller.
This is important because the Servo Controller creates a variable restriction downstream of the pressure washer. The machine's hydraulic control system must be designed to respond correctly as the operator changes the water flow and working pressure. Selecting the correct controller therefore protects both reliable operation and the pressure washer's hydraulic system.
